Lately I have been craving to wear socks with a pair of birkenstocks. I have become obsessed with how much an outfit can be transformed when an un-needed pair of socks is added.
I Love it! I am a crazy sock addict and have waayyyy too many socks as based per the average person's opinion, some "white" ankle socks, but mostly crazy colors, fun patterns and all sizes and varieties. In my opinion, I don't have enough socks, however. I have my mother to thank for my silly sock obsession, she got me hooked on her striped toe socks from the 70's when I was a kid in the 80's and it's only grown from there. I absolutely LOVE the pic on this blog, it is a perfect example of how to wear lovely birk's with a pair of socks. Colorful yet refined- ok, maybe not refined, but fun indeed, and that's all that matters! Carry on Soul Sister! You walk on with your bad self... to the beat of your own drummer! :)
